An Anti-Bullying Ambassador is a student leader trained to prevent bullying and help shape a school culture of kindness, safety, and inclusion. Trained through The Diana Award Anti-Bullying Programme, these ambassadors act as upstanders rather than bystanders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Peers: we act as a safe, non-judgmental point of contact for students experiencing bullying, helping them report incidents to teachers.
• Leading Campaigns: Ambassadors design and run school-wide awareness campaigns, poster drives, and creative initiatives.
• Educating the School: We will deliver presentations in assemblies to teach our peers about the definitions of bullying, online safety, and the impact of negative behaviour.
• Promoting Inclusion: We will actively celebrate diversity, challenge discriminatory language, and work to ensure every student feels valued regardless of their background.
• Improving School Policy: We will collaborate with teachers to update official school anti-bullying rules and our policy.
