Eco Committee
Welcome to our Eco page – where you can meet the team!
Our ‘Eco-Committee’ are a very important part of Straits. They are very devoted and understand the importance of promoting our school’s Eco-Code.
The Eco team meet once a month after school – the dates for these meetings are listed below.
They also give up part of their lunch time once a week to do litter-picking around school, which helps to keep Straits clean and tidy!
We also have re-cycling bins in every classroom now - and in other areas of the school - and the Eco members are responsible for emptying these 3 times per week.
